Course overview
This 5-day intensive program is designed for early-career teachers and teacher assistants who are eager to refine their pedagogical skills. We provide a practical, interactive learning environment that focuses on developing essential teaching techniques.

Teachers of all subjects are welcome to join the program. We’ll focus on general pedagogy and instructional design, exploring materials from middle- and high-school classrooms. Please note that the program will not cover teaching young learners in depth.

Intensive teacher training program in detail
Our teacher training program is a course targeting school teachers and assistants who would like to learn more about education. The course can host 40 participants.
  • Our mission
    The goal of the intensive teacher training program is to provide participants with systematic knowledge of teaching methodology, practise basic skills, share ideas with colleagues, and increase interest in pedagogy in general within five days. Our aim is to promote successful teaching practices among teachers.
  • Schedule
    The course lasts 5 days. We'll have three 90-minute sessions per day with 2 coffee-breaks to unwind and socialize.
  • Commitment
    We are looking for applicants who can commit to the program. This means we expect participants to attend all sessions.

  • What is teaching and learning?
  • Lesson analysis: how to make a lesson productive
  • How to give instructions
  • How to scaffold
  • Peer correction and peer feedback
  • Group work in teaching
  • Developing an autonomous learner
  • How to give language support
  • Sources: ed.ted, khan academy and simple wikipedia
  • How to teach a reading lesson (language-related but can be applied to all subjects)
  • Revising material: games, posters, cards, technology (wordwall, quizlet…)
  • Chat GPT / DeepSeek: use it or lose it
